Customer help service
To contact IGEA, you can use the contact form, or telephone freephone 800 990053 (in Italy), or +39 059 699600. The great attention that IGEA pays to patients from the first phone call is partly responsible for its success rate of over 84-85%, irrespective of the method used.
The IGEA Customer Help Service is available to patients from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., and on Saturday mornings from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Staffed by qualified inhouse staff specially trained by IGEA, they are dedicated to helping with the following:
- selecting the most suitable device for the patient’s condition;
- advising on the most comfortable and effective coil for the area to be treated;
- calibrating a device based on the coil selected for the area to be treated, and checking that the induced current is effective;
- customising a device and/or coil for special treatments;
- replacing the coil and/or device in case of breakage.
